What is a Digital Twin?

A 3D virtual tour is the experience of a real-world space which has been recreated virtually – the ‘digital twin’. This virtual copy of a property and all its additional features enable you to take a ‘virtual tour’ of the property from anywhere in the world, 24/7.

How does it work?

We use a Matterport Pro2 camera to capture your space: 4K high definition 360֯ photography, LiDAR range measurement and point clouds. Once these images have been captured and run through our software, the ‘digital twin’ of the space is created. Then, we begin the design stage, adding our additional features to enhance the experience subject to your unique requirements.

How do I book a 3D scan of my space(s)?

Contact a member of our team here and tell us about your requirements, pain points, and what space(s) you would like to bring to life in virtual reality! You will then be assigned a project manager who will guide you seamlessly through our process from start to finish.

How long does the process take?

Depending on the size of your space(s), it can take us anywhere from 48-72 hours per property from scan to completion.

What preparation should I do before the scan?

We kindly ask you to prepare your space exactly how you wish to present it virtually. If possible, please ensure there are a minimal number of personnel present in the scanning location as this can interfere with the consistency of the 3D model.

How much will it cost?
